Vector Index
A Vector Index Condition compares the selected component of the first Vector Stat with the same component of the second: first[index] <Compare Type> second[index].

A plunge attack: the attacker must be above the target. Stats: the Source's Position, then the Target's Position; Comparing Index 1 (Y); Compare Type Greater.
