Map Dif Value
Subtracts the second Stat from the first (first − second), maps the difference with a ValueMapper and returns the result as the multiplier.
Ships for Float and Int (the Int variant rounds the result).
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Value Mapper | Min, Max, optional Curve, then Final Modifier (Add / Multiply). See Map Value for how the mapping works. |
Example
The higher your level above the target's, the more damage. Stats: the Source's Level, the Target's Level. Value Mapper: Min 0, Max 10, Final Modifier Add, Final Offset 1.
| Your level | Target level | Difference | Multiplier |
|---|---|---|---|
5 | 5 | 0 | 1 |
10 | 5 | 5 | 1.5 |
15 | 5 | 10 | 2 |
The mapping uses the absolute distance from Min, so a level below the target's also raises the multiplier: 5 vs 10 → 1.5. Use a Curve that stays at 0 on that side, or a condition, if only higher levels should count.
