The Injector Remover Processor processes Injector Remover Effects and removes Injectors from the target Stat according to the filtering rules defined by the Injector Remover Effect.

Use case: unequipping the Ring of Vigor fires a remover Effect that strips the Injector it added, and the wearer's MaxHealth drops back on the next update.
