Stat Key Model
A Stat Key Model uniquely identifies the location of a Stat within a Stat Repository.
Fields

| Environment | The Environment Id of the Stat. This specifies which Stat Environment contains the Stat. |
| Container | The Container Id of the Stat. This specifies which Stat Container stores the Stat. |
| Stat | The Stat Id of the Stat within its Container. |
When the key's Environment is None (0), the Stat is looked up in the Environment the caller works in (the Effect's Environment). Keys used by shared relation packs and templates often leave it None so they work in any Environment.
Power has three key types:
